Product is excellent.
Fast cooling and quiet operation.

Installer quality is not good.
No vacuuming process, no Nitrogen purging (did not even bring refrigerant tank during installation for installation more 13ft piping).
Installer almost install wrong coupling unit until i informed them is not the same models ID and OD.
Installer did not even mention anything about the Wifi feature
When ask to installer how to connect to the Wifi, Installer did not guide and just ask "you later install the Acson apps".
Warranty registration also not being informed.
