Acson August 2024 Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. GENERAL
    i. The following terms and conditions govern the August 2024 Promotion that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity who participates in the promotion (“participant” , “customer” or “you”).
    ii. Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for periodically reading this document to review the then-current terms and conditions to which you are bound.

  2. PROMOTION MECHANISM & PERIOD

    i. 【Syioking Merdeka Sale】
    Online Store:
    (a) Customers who purchase selected inverter units are eligible for an additional RM30 voucher. You may find the additional voucher on your shopping cart page. Please take note that the voucher is not stackable with other vouchers used.
    (b) Customers who purchase AVO Non-Inverter Wall Mounted or Portable Air Conditioner (MOVEO) are eligible for an additional RM20 voucher. You may find the additional voucher on your shopping cart page. Please take note that the voucher is not stackable with other vouchers used.
    (c) Customers who purchase with min spend RM80 is eligible for an additional RM8 voucher, while customers who purchase with min spend RM2500 is eligible for an additional RM100 voucher. You may find the additional voucher on your shopping cart page. Please take note that the voucher is not stackable with other vouchers used.
    (d) Free gift TNG reload PIN RM40 is awarded for customer purchased selected Inverter Air Conditioner. The reload PIN will send to customer’s registered email within 7 – 10 working days upon the purchased inverter unit is delivered or being installed.
    (e) Syioking Merdeka Sale promotion will run from 7 – 27 August 2024, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.
    (f) Gift with Purchase (GWP) is applied for selected products only.
    (g) Free shipping is applicable for all products.
    Shopee & Lazada:
    (a) Customers who purchase selected inverter units are eligible for an additional RM30 voucher.
    (b) Free gift TNG reload PIN RM40 is awarded for customer purchased selected Inverter Air Conditioner. Customer will request to send their email in Shopee/Lazada Chat to receive the TNG Reload PIN. The TNG reload PIN will send to customer’s registered email within 7 – 10 working days upon the purchased inverter unit is delivered or being installed.
    (c) Gift with Purchase (GWP) is applied for selected products only.
    (d) Syioking Merdeka Sale promotion and campaign vouchers are subject to platform approval, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.

    iii.【Dehumidifier Early Bird Promotion】
    Online Store, Shopee, Lazada:
    (a) Contest Entry: The teaser contest is limited to the first 30 participants who guessed the new product correctly.
    (b) Teaser Period: The contest begins on 2 August 2024 and ends on 8 August 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
    (c) Limitation of Entries: Each participant is entitled to only one voucher. Multiple entries from the same user will not result in multiple voucher. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    (d) Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via via private message within 7 working days after the teaser end. Instructions on how to redeem the voucher will be provided in the notification message.
    (e) The exclusive RM12 voucher can redeemed only together with the purchase of Dehumidifier from 9 August 2024 to 23 August 2024.
    (f) Please take note that the voucher is not stackable with other vouchers.
    (g) Dehumidifier Early Bird Promotion will run from 9 August 2024 to 23 August 2024 whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.
    (h) Free shipping is applicable for all products.

  1. DELIVERY
    i. Plug-and-play products will be delivered by a third-party courier service. Products such as Wall Mounted (without installation) and Portable Air-Conditioners (Moveo) will be delivered by an Acson transporter. For customers living in condos or apartments, the goods will be dropped off at the lobby area only. Acson transporter will contact customer before delivery.
    ii. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the delivery dates and times are estimates only. While Acson will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates, Acson shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, nor for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from such delays.

  2. WALL MOUNTED AIRCOND INSTALLATION
    i. Installation and commissioning indoor and outdoor unit air conditioners with standard accessory.
    ii. Standard Air Conditioners Installation come with:
    (a) Installation of Indoor Unit
    (b) Installation of Outdoor unit with bracket
    (c) Up to 10ft copper piping with 3/8” insulation for inverter & non-inverter
    (d) Up to 10ft PVC drainage piping (1/2” pipe)
    iii. Above installation charges are only applicable for indoor and outdoor unit installation areas that are accessible.
    iv. Above standard installation does not include the job as below:
    (a) Dismantling old unit,
    (b) Conceal piping work, PVC Casing,
    (c) Wall hacking / coring or any civil work,
    (d) Power supply wiring, starter & switch.
    v. Any additional job on site during installation such as extra copper piping and drainage piping more than 10ft may incur extra charges separately, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorized Installer.
    vi. Arrangement of installation date/appointment requires 5 working days, and the final installation date is subject to Acson Authorized Installer’s availability. Acson will contact you to finalize the installation appointment.
    vii. No installation work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
    viii. Installation must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date.
    ix. Trade in program (for Acson Online Store only) that involves dismantling old unit only apply the unit that is in good working condition.
    x. The free gift awarded from participating in the Trade In Program (for Acson Online Store only) will be sent separately within 14 working days after the installation is completed by Acson Authorized Installer.

  3. PERSONAL INFORMATION
    i. When making purchases through Acson Ecommerce platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our Personal Data Protection Policy, and consent to the collection, processing and/or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy (https://www.acson.com.my/privacy-policy).
