Terms & Condition

Scope of work:

• Installation and commissioning indoor and outdoor unit air conditioners with standard accessory.
• Standard Air Conditioners Installation come with:
  i. Installation of Indoor Unit
  ii. Installation of Outdoor Unit with bracket
  iii. Up to 10 feet cooper piping with 3/8” insulation for inverter & non-inverter
  iv. Up to 10 feet PVC Drainage pipe (1/2” pipe)
• Standard Installation not include dismantle old unit, power supply wiring, wall hacking, concealed piping and others not stated above.
• For any additional job on site during installation, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorizer Installer.
• Arrangement of installation subject to availability.

Online Store Policy

• i. Acson Online Store only applicable in Malaysia only.
• ii. Products will be arranged for delivery once payment is received and completed.
• iii. Product will be delivered within 7 days (*May subject to arrangement)
• iv. Products sold are not returnable and refundable.
• v. Products specification can be changed without any prior notice.
• vi. For products warranty please refer to Warranty Policy
• vii. Genuine Parts are entitled for TWO (2) months warranty on manufacturing fault.
