If you still haven’t received the OTP code in your mobile phone SMS, kindly provide your new account’s mobile number to our Acson team for further assistance as below:

If the email address you entered matches an existing account, a verification link will be sent to that email. Please check your inbox, including spam or junk folders.

If you still haven’t received the link, kindly provide your new account’s mobile number and email address to our Acson team for further assistance as below:

If the email you entered does not match any existing account, the system will create a new account without linking any previous data.

To link your old customer data, such as past orders, please provide your new account’s mobile number and your old account’s email to the Acson team for manual processing:

If your email matches an existing account, the system will attempt to merge your old account, including past orders, with your new one.

If you do not verify your email by clicking the link, your email will remain unverified, and your old orders will not be merged into the new account.

If you registered with an email that doesn’t match your old account, please inform our Acson team. Provide both your new account’s mobile number and your old account’s email address, and we will manually transfer your order history to your new account within one week:

If you have not verified your email or if you used a different email address than your old account, your previous orders may not have been migrated.


Contact our support team with the necessary details (mobile number and old account email), and we will assist in linking your old orders to your new account.
