Terms and Conditions for Acson Syioking Malaysia Event @ The Starhill
Product and Service Promotions
1.0 General
1.1 The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) govern the promotion of Acson Syioking Malaysia Event @The Starhill that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity (“participant”, “you” or “your”) who participates in the promotion.
1.2 Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion to vary and/or alter the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notification. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all participants upon posting of the modified Terms & Conditions to this web address (URL: https://store.acson.com.my/GTO-2024-Promo-TC). Participants are responsible to periodically read this document to review the current terms and conditions to which you are bound.
1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2.0 Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion will run from 24 July 2024 – 31 July 2024, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled for the promotion.
3.0 Promotion Mechanism & Eligibility
3.1 The following promotions is made to available for customer from Acson Syioking Malaysia Event @The Starhill throughout the promotion period and the purchase is limited to Acson online store (URL: https://store.acson.com.my/gto2024) only. The promotion is not available on any other platforms. The purchase of these promotion packages does not qualify for any on-going promotion.
3.2 The 0% installment plans available in Acson Online Store is applicable for Maybank and Public Bank only with a min spend of RM500 and/or above and the tenure periods are as below:

3.3 The first 40 customers who purchase air conditioning cleaning services at Acson Syioking Malaysia Event @The Starhill event will receive an additional RM10 Touch’N Go reload pin, in addition to the existing promotion benefits.
4.0 Product Delivery
4.1 Free Shipping is applicable for all products.
4.2 Plug-and-play products will be delivered by a third-party courier service. Products such as Wall Mounted (without installation) and Portable Air-Conditioners (Moveo) will be delivered by an Acson transporter. For customers living in condos or apartments, the goods will be dropped off at the lobby area only. Acson transporter will contact customer before delivery.
4.3 The customer acknowledges and agrees that the delivery dates and times are estimates only. While Acson will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates, Acson shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, nor for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from such delays.
5.0 Wall Mounted Aircond Installation
5.1 Installation and commissioning indoor and outdoor unit air conditioners with standard accessory.
Standard Air Conditioners Installation come with:
(a) Installation of Indoor Unit
(b) Installation of Outdoor unit with bracket
(c) Up to 10ft copper piping with 3/8” insulation for inverter & non-inverter
(d) Up to 10ft PVC drainage piping (1/2” pipe)
5.2 Above installation charges are only applicable for indoor and outdoor unit installation areas that are accessible.
5.3 Above standard installation does not include the job as below:
(a) Dismantling old unit,
(b) Conceal piping work, PVC Casing,
(c) Wall hacking / coring or any civil work,
(d) Power supply wiring, starter & switch.
5.4 Any additional job on site during installation such as extra copper piping and drainage piping more than 10ft may incur extra charges separately, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorized Installer.
5.5 Arrangement of installation date/appointment requires 5 working days, and the final installation date is subject to Acson Authorized Installer’s availability. Acson will contact you to finalize the installation appointment.
5.6 No installation work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
5.7 Installation must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date.
5.8 Trade in program (for Acson Online Store only) that involves dismantling old unit only apply the unit that is in good working condition.
5.9 The free gift awarded from participating in the Trade In Program (for Acson Online Store only) will be sent separately within 14 working days after the installation is completed by Acson Authorized Installer.

6.0 Acsonman Premier Plus Service Purchase & Schedule
6.1 Aircond cleaning service must be made within four (4) months from the date of purchase & applicable to all aircond brand.
6.2 Customer will need to key in the promo code SYIOK40 during check out the cart in order to get the discount with free RM40 Touch’N Go Reload PIN. RM40 Touch’N Go Reload PIN will be send to the registered email within 5-10 working days after aircond cleaning service is completed.
6.3 Five (5) working days’ arrangement needed. Service time and date is subject to availability of contractor; our representative will contact you for confirmation. No service during Sunday & Public Holiday.
6.4 For the aircond cleaning service of indoor +outdoor unit package, both indoor and outdoor unit must be cleaned together for the same unit and cannot be done separately on two different types of wall mounted.
6.5 For high-rise buildings, we may be unable to fulfil your job request on weekends due to entry restrictions. Kindly obtain the relevant permissions from the residential management before booking.
6.6 Service locations are limited to state and selected city only; refunds will be made if your location does not fall under the service area.
6.7 Additional cost may incur for out-of-scope services.
6.8 The service is inclusive of sixty (60) days workmanship guarantee. The workmanship guarantees only for those units having problems after servicing such as unit not cold, unit leaking, etc. The workmanship is not cover those problems caused by the component issues, surrounding condition, etc.
6.9 In the event where Acson authorized service provider is unable to proceed with the cleaning service at the provided address located within a high rise building, or being denied access to air conditioner unit due to unit placement, such as bars/ frames blocking the air conditioning unit, customer shall be responsible to resolve such issues with the building owner. If the customer fails to resolve the issues or if Acson is unable to proceed with the cleaning within the validity period not due to the fault of Acson, Acson shall at its absolute discretion be entitled to cancel the cleaning service.
6.10 The service schedule is subject to the availability of service providers. Technical support and operation team to contact the customer within two (2) days for the appointment.
6.11 Acson Malaysia has the right to substitute the service for an Acson product of equivalent value in the case the service location is not accessible or doable.
6.12 Reschedule of aircond cleaning service will only restrict to (one) 1 time. The rescheduled service cannot be cancelled and must be a minimum of 24 hours from the current time.
