Acson June 2024 Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. GENERAL
    1. The following terms and conditions govern the Jun 2024 Promotion that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity who participates in the promotion (“participant” , “customer” or “you”).
    2. Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for periodically reading this document to review the then-current terms and conditions to which you are bound.

  2. PROMOTION MECHANISM & PERIOD
    1. 【ACSON Mid Year Sale】
      1. Online Store:
        (a) Customers who purchase a ACSON Inverter Air Conditioner Wall Mounted unit are eligible for a free Samsonite Bag which worth RM200 (limited to first 50 unit purchased), and an additional RM40 voucher. You may find the additional voucher on your shopping cart page. Please take note that the voucher is not stackable with other vouchers used and the free Samsonite bag will be delivered separately within 14 working days after the order is delivered or the installation is completed by Acson Authorized Installer.
        (b) Customers who purchase with min spend RM500 is eligible for an additional RM20 voucher. You may find the additional voucher on your shopping cart page. Please take note that the voucher is not stackable with other vouchers used.
        (c) Customers who purchase with min spend RM100 is eligible for an additional RM10 voucher. You may find the additional voucher on your shopping cart page. Please take note that the voucher is not stackable with other vouchers used.

        (e) ACSON Mid Year Sale promotion is up to RM180 Off for selected inverter and non-inverter air conditioners, RM230 Off for portable air conditioner and up to 25% for selected lifestyle products.
        (f) Free shipping is applicable for all products.
        (g) ACSON Mid Year Sale promotion will run from 6 – 24 June 2024 for selected products, except for Portable Air Conditioner (MOVEO) Mid Year Sale promotion which will run from 6 June – 2 July 2024, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.
      2. Shopee & Lazada:
         (a) Customers who purchase a ACSON Inverter Air Conditioner Wall Mounted unit are eligible for a free Samsonite Bag which worth RM200 (limited to first 50 unit purchased), and an additional RM40 voucher. Please take note that the free Samsonite bag will be delivered separately within 14 working days after the order is delivered or the installation is completed by Acson Authorized Installer and the customers had confirmed that their orders are completed.
        (b) ACSON Mid Year Sale promotion in June 2024 is subject to platform approval, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.

  1. DELIVERY
    1. Plug-and-play products will be delivered by a third-party courier service. Products such as Wall Mounted (without installation) and Portable Air-Conditioners (Moveo) will be delivered by an Acson transporter. For customers living in condos or apartments, the goods will be dropped off at the lobby area only. Acson transporter will contact customer before delivery.
    2. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the delivery dates and times are estimates only. While Acson will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates, Acson shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, nor for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from such delays.

  1. WALL MOUNTED AIRCOND INSTALLATION
    1. Installation and commissioning indoor and outdoor unit air conditioners with standard accessory.
    2. Standard Air Conditioners Installation come with:
      1. Installation of Indoor Unit
      2. Installation of Outdoor unit with bracket
      3. Up to 10ft copper piping with 3/8” insulation for inverter & non-inverter
      4. Up to 10ft PVC drainage piping (1/2” pipe)
    3. Above installation charges are only applicable for indoor and outdoor unit installation areas that are accessible.
    4. Above standard installation does not include the job as below:
      1. Dismantling old unit,
      2. Conceal piping work, PVC Casing,
      3. Wall hacking / coring or any civil work,
      4. Power supply wiring, starter & switch.
    5. Any additional job on site during installation such as extra copper piping and drainage piping more than 10ft may incur extra charges separately, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorized Installer.
    6. Arrangement of installation date/appointment requires 5 working days, and the final installation date is subject to Acson Authorized Installer’s availability. Acson will contact you to finalize the installation appointment.
    7. No installation work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
    8. Installation must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date.
    9. Trade in program (for Acson Online Store only) that involves dismantling old unit only apply the unit that is in good working condition.
    10. The free gift awarded from participating in the Trade In Program (for Acson Online Store only) will be delivered separately within 14 working days after the installation is completed by Acson Authorized Installer.
