Acson Online Store Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

  1. General
    a) The following terms and conditions govern the Acson Online Store Loyalty Program that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity who participates in the promotion (“participant” , “customer” or “you”).
    b) Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for periodically reading this document to review the then-current terms and conditions to which you are bound

    1.1 Login/ Registration
    a) Existing Customer / New customer will use mobile number to register an account / log in to their account.
    b) Guide: Enter your mobile number > Receive SMS OTP > Enter the OTP > Complete the profile information > Click Save.”

  2. Loyalty Point Reward Mechanism
    a) Every Purchase RM1 = 1 point earned by the customer.
    b) Customer have to confirm the order status is under “Completed”, thus the customer earned the point for the particular order.
    c) New customer sign up earned 1000 points, plus completed profile information earned another 100 points.
    d) Customer Daily Check In: Customers earn points by checking in daily: 1 point on the first day, 2 points on the second day, and so on, up to 7 points on the seventh day. If a customer checks in for 7 consecutive days, they can earn a total of 28 points in a week. However, if a day is missed, the check-in count will reset to Day 1.
    e) Write a Review will earn a total of30 points [10 points = 50 character above, 10 points = 1 to 5 photos, 10 points = 1 posted video > 5 seconds].
    f) Customer purchased during customer’s Birthday Month Rewards – 2x Points upon each order earned.
    g) Customer purchased during Acson’s Oct Birthday Month Rewards – 3x points upon each order earned.
    h) [Pre-transaction] Customer as the “Referral” will earn 100 points & new customer as the “Referee” will earn 100 points upon the “referee” sign up.
    i) [Post-transaction] Customer as the “Referral” will earn 100 points & new customer as the “Referee” will earn 100 points upon the “referee” first time transaction.

  3. Loyalty Point Expiry Date
    a) Customer will receive an email notification 3 months before the points are going to be expired.
    b) Points earned will be expired by the last day of the following year.  For example:

  1. Product Redemption Using Loyalty Point [COMING SOON]
    a) Customer will receive an email notification 3 months before the points are going to be expired.
    b) Customer are allowed to redeem multiple items in one order redemption.
    c) Customer are allowed to redeem Acson Selected Products using FULL POINT ONLY. For example, customer utilized 1000 points for a product that required 1000 points.
    d) Product redemption under the Loyalty Program cannot be combined with regular orders made through the Acson Online Store in a single transaction.

  2. Personal Information
    a) When registered or login to ACSON ONLINE STORE Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Personal Data Protection Policy, and consent to the collection, processing and/or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy.
