Acson March 2025 Promotion Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the March 2025 Promotion that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity who participates in the promotion (“participant” , “customer” or “you”).
Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for periodically reading this document to review the then-current terms and conditions to which you are bound.

BERSAMA RAYA, BERSAMA JIMAT! vouchers and voucher mechanisms are stated as below:

[MINSPEND2000] RM100 OFF, min spend RM2000, applicable for air conditioners and portable air conditioner only. This is an unlimited voucher usage for customers.
[BUNDLEBUY] RM40 OFF, min spend RM300 and min 2 items purchased, applicable for all lifestyle products and accessories. This is an unlimited voucher usage for customers.
[MINSPEND100] RM10 OFF, min spend RM100, applicable for lifestyle products and accessories. This is an unlimited voucher usage for customers.
[MINSPEND50] RM5 OFF, min spend RM50, applicable for lifestyle products and accessories. This is an unlimited voucher usage for customers.
[MINSPEND500] RM20 OFF, min spend RM500, applicable for lifestyle products and accessories. This is an unlimited voucher usage for customers.
[MINSPEND1000] RM30 OFF, min spend RM1000, applicable air conditioners, portable air conditioner, lifestyle products and accessories. This is an unlimited voucher usage for customers.

You may find the mentioned vouchers in (a) above on your shopping cart page. Please take note that the voucher is not stackable with other vouchers used.

BERSAMA RAYA, BERSAMA JIMAT! promotion will run from 24 March 2025 to 7 April 2025, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.

Product redemption under the Shopee Brand Membership Program is available on 5 December 2024.

In the event that the Aroma Diffuser Speaker (Black) is out of stock, it will be replaced with the Aroma Diffuser Speaker (White).
The terms and conditions for product redemption are set by Shopee and are subject to amendments at Shopee’s discretion without prior notice.
Members of the Shopee Brand Membership Program are advised to review the membership details, terms, and conditions regularly—both before and after joining the program.

Plug-and-play products will be delivered by a third-party courier service. Products such as Wall Mounted (without installation) and Portable Air-Conditioners (Moveo) will be delivered by an Acson transporter. For customers living in condos or apartments, the goods will be dropped off at the lobby area only. Acson transporter will contact customer before delivery.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the delivery dates and times are estimates only. While Acson will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates, Acson shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, nor for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from such delays.

Any additional job on site during installation such as extra copper piping and drainage piping more than 10ft may incur extra charges separately, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorized Installer.
Arrangement of installation date/appointment requires 5 working days, and the final installation date is subject to Acson Authorized Installer’s availability. Acson will contact you to finalize the installation appointment.
No installation work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
Installation must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date.
Trade in program (for Acson Online Store only) that involves dismantling old unit only apply the unit that is in good working condition.
The free gift awarded from participating in the Trade In Program (for Acson Online Store only) will be sent separately within 14 working days after the installation is completed by Acson Authorized Installer.
