Acson October 2024 Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. GENERAL
    i. The following terms and conditions govern the October 2024 Promotion that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity who participates in the promotion (“participant” , “customer” or “you”).
    ii. Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for periodically reading this document to review the then-current terms and conditions to which you are bound.

  2. PRODUCT PROMOTION MECHANISM & PERIOD

    Online Store:
    (a) Acson 40 years, Syioking Birthday Deals’ voucher name and voucher mechanisms are stated as below:

    (c) Free gift TNG reload PIN RM40 is awarded for customer purchased Inverter Air Conditioner. The reload PIN will send to customer’s registered email within 7 – 14 working days upon the purchased inverter unit is delivered or being installed.
    (d) Acson 40 years, Syioking Birthday Deals promotion will run from 4 – 27 October 2024, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.
    (e) Gift with Purchase (GWP) is applied for different products as per illustrated only.
    (f) Free shipping is applicable for all products.

    Shopee & Lazada:
    (a) Free gift TNG reload PIN RM40 is awarded for customer purchased Inverter Air Conditioner. Customer will request to send their email in Shopee/Lazada Chat to receive the TNG Reload PIN. The TNG reload PIN will send to customer’s registered email within 7 – 14 working days upon the purchased inverter unit is delivered or being installed.
    (b) Gift with Purchase (GWP) is applied for selected products only.
    (c) Acson 40 years, Syioking Birthday Deals promotion and campaign vouchers are subject to platform approval, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.

    (d) Free gift TNG reload PIN RM40 is awarded for customer purchased Inverter Air Conditioner. Customer will request to send their email in Shopee/Lazada Chat to receive the TNG Reload PIN. The TNG reload PIN will send to customer’s registered email within 7 – 14 working days upon the purchased inverter unit is delivered or being installed.
    (e) Gift with Purchase (GWP) is applied for selected products only.
    (f) Flash sale promotion in October 2024 and campaign vouchers are subject to platform approval and certain timeslots, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.
  1. Acson 40th Anniversary Buy & Win Contest (applicable on Online Store, Shopee & Lazada)
    a) The contest period is from 4 October 2024 to 17 November 2024
    b) The mechanism of this contest is automatic entry for customer who spends RM100 and above on any Acson products. 7 winners will be chosen for each platform.
    c) All entries will be chosen through an online draw system for the prize selection.
    d) Prizes awarded in this contest are stated as below:
    I. Grand Prize: Viento 1.0hp Inverter Aircond*No installation
    II. 1st Prize: RM500 TnG Reload PIN
    III. 5 Consolation Prize: RM100 TnG Reload PIN

  2. AIRCOND CLEANING SERVICE PROMOTION MECHANISM & PERIOD
    a) To be eligible for the promotion, customers must register an account and make a valid purchase in our online store.
    b) This promotion is only valid for purchases of cleaning service for wall mounted type or ceiling cassette type at our online store.
    c) Purchase Guarantee Benefits:
    i. 60 days workmanship guarantee
    ii. Guarantee instant RM40 discount for every package purchase
    iii. Guarantee RM40 TnG Rebate for every package purchase
    iv. For every 4th customer who purchase cleaning service is eligible for extra Acson Anniversary FREE Gift
    d) How to get as low as RM120 ?
    Example for Wall Mounted Indoor only 1/1.5HP Package:
    i. For purchase 1 set :
    (RM200 – RM40) + E-Rebate RM40 TnG Pin = RM160 + E-Rebate RM40 TnG Pin = RM120
    ii. For purchase 2 sets:
    2 x (RM200 – RM40) + E-Rebate 2 x RM40 TnG Pin = RM320 + E-Rebate RM80 TnG Pin = RM240
    e) Others Package Calculation Example:

    h) The promotion period is from 1 October 2024 – 31 October 2024.
    i) The price shown for the aircond cleaning service is for residential only.
    j) Non residential is subject to service tax SST.

  3. PRODUCT DELIVERY
    i. Plug-and-play products will be delivered by a third-party courier service. Products such as Wall Mounted (without installation) and Portable Air-Conditioners (Moveo) will be delivered by an Acson transporter. For customers living in condos or apartments, the goods will be dropped off at the lobby area only. Acson transporter will contact customer before delivery.
    ii. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the delivery dates and times are estimates only. While Acson will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates, Acson shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, nor for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from such delays.

  4. WALL MOUNTED AIRCOND INSTALLATION
    i. Installation and commissioning indoor and outdoor unit air conditioners with standard accessory.
    ii. Standard Air Conditioners Installation come with:
    (a) Installation of Indoor Unit
    (b) Installation of Outdoor unit with bracket
    (c) Up to 10ft copper piping with 3/8” insulation for inverter & non-inverter
    (d) Up to 10ft PVC drainage piping (1/2” pipe)
    iii. Above installation charges are only applicable for indoor and outdoor unit installation areas that are accessible.
    iv. Above standard installation does not include the job as below:
    (a) Dismantling old unit,
    (b) Conceal piping work, PVC Casing,
    (c) Wall hacking / coring or any civil work,
    (d) Power supply wiring, starter & switch.
    v. Any additional job on site during installation such as extra copper piping and drainage piping more than 10ft may incur extra charges separately, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorized Installer.
    vi. Arrangement of installation date/appointment requires 5 working days, and the final installation date is subject to Acson Authorized Installer’s availability. Acson will contact you to finalize the installation appointment.
    vii. No installation work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
    viii. Installation must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date.
    ix. Trade in program (for Acson Online Store only) that involves dismantling old unit only apply the unit that is in good working condition.
    x. The free gift awarded from participating in the Trade In Program (for Acson Online Store only) will be sent separately within 14 working days after the installation is completed by Acson Authorized Installer.

  5. PERSONAL INFORMATION
    i.
