Terms & Conditions

  1. Five (5) working days arrangement needed. Service time and date is subject to availability of contractor, our representative will contacts you for confirmation. No service during Sunday & Public Holiday.
  2. For high-rise buildings, we may be unable to fulfill your job request on weekends due to entry restrictions. Kindly obtain the relevant permissions from the residential management before booking.
  3. Service locations are limited to state and selected city only; refunds will be made if your location does not fall under the service area.
  4. Service must be made within 4 months from the purchase date.
  5. Additional cost may incur for out-of-scope services.
  6. You are permitted to reschedule the service for a maximum of 2 times only.
  7. No cancellation are allowed after you make the purchase.
  8. Simple Repair & Inspection is available for all aircond brand, and we shall quote separately for part replacement after inspection if needed.
  9. The price shown for the aircon repair service is for residential only.
  10. Non residential is subject to service tax SST.

I had informed acson technical support that my air con problem might be due to gas leaking. Why the teachinian came to my house didn't bring the right tools (hydrogen test) to identify the leaking. Thus, I need to rebook again to fix it at additional cost RM500.
If I appoint outside technician to check, the problem can be fix at the same day.
Really disappointed with this kind of service.
Unprofessional service.
