Terms & Conditions for Exclusive Cool Deals for LBS Homebuyers

1. General

1.1.  The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) govern the promotion of “Exclusive Cool Deals for LBS Homebuyers” (the “Promotion”) that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity (“participant”, “you” or “your”) who participates in the promotion.

1.2.  Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion to vary and/or alter the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notification. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all participants upon posting of the modified Terms & Conditions to this web address (URL: https://store.acson.com.my/terms-conditions-for-exclusive-cool-deals-for-lbs-homebuyers). Participants are responsible to periodically read this document to review the then current terms and conditions to which you are bound. 

1.3.  In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Promotion Period

2.1) The promotion will run from 26 August 2023 – 25 February 2024, whereby any purchases made thereafter shall not be entitled for the promotion.

Promotion Mechanism & Eligibility

3.1) The following promotions is made to available for LBS Homebuyers throughout the promotion period and the purchase is limited to Acson online store (URL: https://store.acson.com.my/lbs/ )only. The promotion is not available on any other platforms. The purchase of these promotion packages does not qualify for any on-going promotion.

*Remark:

 Acson aircond that is offering for Ultimate Saving Deal is only limited to Acson AVO non-inverter (A3WM-N), all Horsepower (HP), ranging from 1.0 -2.5HP.

3.2) Eligibility

3.2.1) The promotion open for LBS Homebuyers who has enrolled themselves in LBS Perks & Plusses program.

3.2.2) The promotion is applicable for West Malaysia only. Sabah and Sarawak are not included in the promotion coverage.

Aircond Installation:

4.1) Installation of aircond indoor and outdoor inclusive of copper piping up to 10 feet. Any additional piping required will be subject to an additional charge.

4.2) Dismantling of the old air conditioner unit is not inclusive in the promotion package. Customer shall coordinate directly with installer to arrange for this service independently.

4.3) Installation is not available on Sunday & Public Holiday.

4.4) For installation arrangements, it is necessary to book at least five (5) working days in advance.

4.5) The final installation date will be subjected to availability of contractor. Our customer service representative will contact & arrange the installation date with you.

Extended Warranty

5.1)The promotion package includes an extended warranty for each aircond purchase. This comprises an additional one (1) year warranty on top of general warranty period. The warranty for compressor remains unchanged at five (5) years. Please refer table below for clearer view:

5.2)All warranty is based on the date of purchase of receipt or invoice. Original copy of the receipt or invoice is required for warranty claim purposes.

5.3) Other terms and conditions stated in the warranty card are still valid.

5.4) Free of charge faulty parts repair/replace during the 1st,2nd and 3rd year warranty period. For the remaining years of the compressor warranty, end-user will have to bear the labour cost and related charges, if any.

Aircond Cleaning service (indoor + outdoor)

6.1) This aircond cleaning service is inclusive in Inverter Power Saving Deal 1 & Ultimate Saving Deal 1.

6.2) Aircond cleaning service must be made within six (6) months from the date of purchase & applicable to all aircond brand. The aircond unit servicing must be same horsepower as the aircond unit purchased.

6.3) Five (5) working days’ arrangement needed. Service time and date is subject to availability of contractor; our representative will contact you for confirmation. No service during Sunday & Public Holiday. 

6.4) Both indoor and outdoor unit must be cleaned together for the same unit and cannot be done separately on two different types of wall mounted.

6.5) For high-rise buildings, we may be unable to fulfil your job request on weekends due to entry restrictions. Kindly obtain the relevant permissions from the residential management before booking.

6.6) Service locations are limited to state and selected city only. Refunds are not provided if the service location is outside the designated service area. However, customers have the option to switch to an eligible service location..

6.7) The Aircond cleaning service includes:
i) High temperature steam sterilization of indoor coil
ii) Deep pressurized cleaning for indoor coil and drainage system
iii) Use eco-friendly (non-toxic cleaning agent) for indoor coil
iv) High pressurized cleaning for outdoor coil
v) Cleaning of indoor blower & drain pan

6.8) Additional cost may incur for out-of-scope services.

6.9) The service is inclusive of sixty (60) days workmanship guarantee. The workmanship guarantees only for those units having problems after servicing such as unit not cold, unit leaking, etc. The workmanship is not cover those problems caused by the component issues, surrounding condition, etc.

6.10) In the event where Acson authorized service provider is unable to proceed with the cleaning service at the provided address located within a high rise building, or being denied access to air conditioner unit due to unit placement, such as bars/ frames blocking the air conditioning unit, customer shall be responsible to resolve such issues with the building owner. If the customer fails to resolve the issues or if Acson is unable to proceed with the cleaning within the validity period not due to the fault of Acson, Acson shall at its absolute discretion be entitled to cancel the cleaning service.

6.11) The service schedule is subject to the availability of service providers. Technical support and operation team to contact the customer within two (2) days for the appointment.

6.12) Acson Malaysia has the right to substitute the service for an Acson product of equivalent value in the case the service location is not accessible or doable.

6.13) Reschedule of aircond cleaning service will only restrict to one (1) time. The rescheduled service cannot be cancelled and must be a minimum of 24 hours from the current time

Rebate of RM 100 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN

7.1) The rebate of RM100 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN is only applicable for the purchase of Inverter Power Saving Deal 1. Other package is not entitled for this rebate.

7.2) Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN will be sent within 5-10 working days after aircond installation is completed, by send email to the email address registered in system.

Rebate of RM 50 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN

8.1) Acson Mini USB Table Fan is complementary with every under the promotion package of Ultimate Saving Deal 1. Other package is not entitled for this rebate.

8.2) Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN will be sent within 5-10 working days after aircond installation is completed, by send email to the email address registered in system.

Delivery of Aircond

9.1) Delivery of aircond unit under Inverter Power Saving Deal 3 & Ultimate Saving Deal 3 will complete within5-7 working days, starting from the date of purchase.

Personal Information

10.1) By purchasing the promotion, you are acknowledgeable and agreeable to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of the personal information (including but not limited to name, NRIC number, telephone number and address) in order to process and contact you regarding the promotion and for the purpose set out herein.

10.2) Details which consist of personal data provided by participants may be used by Acson Malaysia for the following purposes:

a) The operations and process in this promotion;

b) The arrangement of cleaning service;

c) Updating our records about customer;

d) Market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving Acson Malaysia products and services; and

e) For any purposes required by law or regulation.
