Installation was good, but i was charged with RM 200 to clean up the existing copper when i check with other installer this was part of the procedure to be done and should not be charged, on top of that I was charged rm 280 for hacking which is ok but additional rm 252 for 9ft of copper when there's a free 10ft but the contractor said if hack then the copper charged is additional straight away.
