Terms & Conditions

1. Installation and commissioning indoor and outdoor unit air conditioners with standard accessory.
2. Standard Air Conditioners Installation come with:
   • Installation of Indoor Unit.
   • Installation of Outdoor unit with bracket.
   • Up to 10ft copper piping with 3/8” insulation for inverter & non-inverter.
   • Up to 10ft PVC drainage piping (1/2” pipe).
3. Above installation charges are only applicable for indoor and outdoor unit installation areas that are accessible.
4. Above standard installation does not include the job as below:
   • Dismantling old unit,
   • Conceal piping work, PVC Casing,
   • Wall hacking / coring or any civil work,
   • Power supply wiring, starter & switch.
5. Any additional job on site during installation such as extra copper piping and drainage piping more than 10ft may incur extra charges separately, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorized Installer.
6. Arrangement of installation date/appointment requires 5 working days, and the final installation date is subject to Acson Authorized Installer’s availability. Acson will contact you to finalize the installation appointment.
7. No installation work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
8. Installation must be completed within 4 months of the purchase date.
9. Trade in program that involves dismantling old unit only apply the unit that is in good working condition.
10. The free gift awarded from participating in the Trade In Program will be sent separately within 14 working days after the installation is completed by Acson Authorized Installer.
